The enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form we receive the information you enter.

We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a discussion, to prepare for that discussion. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a website database. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows, then delete them.

The newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter carries a signed unsubscribe link. The lawful basis is your consent.

Service providers

Our website and its forms run on Cloudflare (hosting and edge services). Enquiry and newsletter emails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors under written terms and may process data outside the United Kingdom under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may set essential security cookies needed to serve the site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
